We come to you for an inspection that typically lasts 1-3 hours.

Full technical report

Within 72 hours, you receive a full technical report with our observations. We identify the root cause of the failure, and recommend how to address it.

Accurate and Comprehensive Testing

Your Floor Failure Triage includes:

  • Independent Third-Party Assessment
  • One Site Inspection (typically 1-3 hours)
  • Failure Pattern Identification (curling, bonding issues, bubbling, cupping, etc.)
  • Photo Documentation
  • Ambient Environmental Readings (temp. and humidity)
  • Scan of Concrete (when viable) to Identify Slab Thickness, Steel Reinforcement, etc.
  • Substrate Observations (joints, cracking, patching)
  • Surface Moisture Testing
  • Full Technical Report Within 72 Hours of Site Visit
